Thank you for shopping with AURVEIL. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch notification once it has been shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Times
As AURVEIL sources products directly from specialist suppliers (drop shipping model), estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays) or due to factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where available. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your delivery.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@aurveil.co.uk.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping promotions, where offered, will be applied automatically.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status
- Check with neighbours or your local post office/delivery depot
- Contact us at support@aurveil.co.uk if the parcel appears delayed beyond the estimated window
We will open an investigation with our fulfilment partner immediately. Please be aware that for orders with no tracking movement or confirmed non-delivery, our supplier requires up to 60 days from the original dispatch date to investigate and authorise a resend or refund. We will keep you informed throughout this process and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. AURVEIL cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@aurveil.co.uk — we will do our best to amend before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
Customs & Import Duties
Some products are shipped internationally from our suppliers. Packages may be subject to customs inspection. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict whether your parcel will be inspected or taxed by customs.
